Spicy Squash

1-5 Yellow squash

1-5 Zucchini squash


1 tablespoon of all purpose Mrs. Dash

1 bell pepper (red, green or yellow)

4 table spoons mild salsa Olive Oil …

Paremsan cheese
 1. coat the bottom of a large skillet with the olive oil slice your yellow squash, zucchini, and onion up  then place them  in the skillet sprinkle with all purpose Mrs. Dash. 2. Cook your vegtables til they are brown 3. Top with salsa 4. remove your vegtables from skillet and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
